Social Media Manager for Creative Strategy & Brand Growth
We’re not looking for someone who just posts on social media.
We’re looking for someone who understands how to make people stop, feel, and engage.
Someone who knows how to tell a story through design, video, and words. And understands how psychology drives attention and action.
Your job isn’t to post content.
Your job is to build creative strategies, improve performance, and design content that connects.
You’ll plan, analyze, and create, working closely with our team to bring powerful ideas to life and keep brands growing month after month.
This role blends marketing, design, psychology, and data.
We want a strategic creative who understands what makes content perform.
Your Mission
Your mission is to help brands that actually matter, healthcare and wellness businesses, grow online through content that actually makes people care.
You’ll build monthly content strategies, direct visuals, write high performing captions, and analyze what works (and what doesn’t).
You’ll design creative concepts that make ads and organic posts stand out visually, emotionally, and strategically.
You’ll track what performs best, prepare monthly performance reports, and always be up to date with new trends and formats.
Your success isn’t measured by how much content goes out, but by the impact, engagement, and growth your ideas generate.
✅ You MUST Have:
Requirements:
- Real experience managing and growing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & Youtube)
- Strong understanding of engagement, storytelling, and branding
- Ability to create content calendars and organize monthly strategy plans
- Experience building monthly performance reports and analyzing insights
- Advanced understanding of graphic design, video editing and marketing psychology
- Ability to design engaging visuals and edit high quality videos (intermediate level)
- Strong copywriting skills, able to write captions that perform
- Speak & write advanced English fluently (this is 100% required)
- Be creative, analytical, and detail oriented
- Work remotely with excellent communication during agreed hours

What You’ll Do
- Build monthly social media strategies and content calendars
- Create engaging captions and guide visual direction for posts and ads
- Design graphics and edit videos that align with each brand’s message
- Analyze social media insights and prepare monthly performance reports (PDFs)
- Track and organize top performing content by format, platform, and style
- Collaborate with the creative team to align visuals, messaging and performance
- Research and identify trends that can improve engagement and results
- Keep our content systems organized and optimized for growth

💲Salary
This is a full time, remote position with a monthly salary of 2,200,000 to 2,500,000 COP, based on experience.
