We need a results driven Ads Manager with proven experience running and optimizing paid campaigns across:
Meta (Facebook + Instagram) & Google Search Ads
✅ You MUST Have:
Have real experience running ads that generate leads & sales
Know how to optimize for ROI and performance metrics
Be comfortable with audience targeting, A/B testing, pixel setup, etc.
Speak & write advanced English
Know how to edit graphics and ad videos (we’ll provide tools if needed)
Be creative, analytical, and proactive
Work remotely with excellent communication during agreed hours
