Your Mission
Your mission is to help us grow brands that actually matter, healthcare and wellness businesses that are changing people’s lives.
You’ll help shape campaigns that don’t just get clicks, but create impact.
You’ll study audiences, test new angles, and help build ad systems that perform better each week.
Your success isn’t measured by vanity metrics, it’s measured by real, tangible results.
When people see one of our ads, something should happen: they pause, they feel, they act.
✅ You MUST Have:
Requirements:
- Have real experience running Meta AND Google ads that generate leads & sales
- Know how to optimize for ROI and performance metrics
- Be comfortable with audience targeting, A/B testing, pixel setup, GTM, GA4, etc.
- Speak & write advanced English fluently (this is 100% required)
- Know how to edit graphics and ad videos that convert (we’ll provide tools if needed)
- Be creative, analytical, and proactive
- Work remotely with excellent communication during agreed hours

What You’ll Do
- Help design and optimize paid traffic strategies across Meta AND Google.
- Work closely with our creative team to test ads, visuals, and copy ideas.
- Analyze results and make smart, data based recommendations.
- Find patterns in data and turn them into insights that improve performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest tools, trends, and platform updates.
- Help track learnings, wins, and new ideas that move the team forward.

💲Salary
This is a full time, remote position with a monthly salary of 3,000,000 COP
